its esential that volunteers, members and players make informed descisions about how they use the internet ,mobile phone and email communication to protect oue club and our people.
everyone invovled oin our club has the resposibility to safegaurd both on and off the field/pitch/court, including communications.
It is the responsibility of all members to -
- refrain from publising comments about othewr clubs,players or referees and any controversial or potentially inflammatory subjects.
- Avoid hostile or harrsing communications in any post or other online commnication. harassment is any offensive conduct based on a persons race, sex ,gender identity, national origin, colour, disability, age sexual orientation, veteran status, martial status, religion or any other status proteced by law.
- Clubs should identify all copyrighted or borrowed material with citations and links. when publising direct paraprashed quotes, thoughts,ideas, photos or videos , give credit to the original publisher or author.
-The club will be responsible for reviewing responses to online post and resolving and concern before they are posted .
These Rules are put together for your benefit and protection in JOINING this YOUTH CLUB. they apply to all. Disobeying them can mean a ban from the club, so please follow them.
-most important is: join in , have fun ,and let others have fun too
-Sign in at the start of every session
-All hats and coats must be removed in sessions.
-If you leave the club before the end of the session, you must sign out and leave the premises.
-Respect Everyone: members , staff & visitors
-No bullying, swearing , fighting or theft
-No discrimination; treat everyone fairly
-no alcohol, drugs or smoking anywhere... and no entry if you've been drinking or using drugs
-No litter: use the bins, keep the club and community centre clean
-No running or dangerous games. keep safe: health and safety rules apply at all times

-no damage, vandalism or graffiti of any kind.
-When educational or motivational lessons are attended show manners and respect to each others and to the speaker.
-Keep computer use clean and safe(you know what that means, and if you don't ask/)
-No food and drink whilst using the computers
